Rental prices in Russia declined

The decline in rental costs is taking place against the backdrop of a growing volume of supply. According to calculations by "Cian.Analitika", 96.5 thousand lots were available in major cities of the country at the end of May, which is 15% higher year-on-year.

The average share of apartment rental costs in Russia at the end of 2021 was 47.2% of the median wage, having decreased by 5.3 percentage points over the year.
