U.S. business software maker Oracle received unconditional EU antitrust approval for its $28.3 billion acquisition of U.S. health IT company Cerner.

The acquisition, the largest in Oracle's history, will give the company access to an array of developments and could increase the number of healthcare customers on its cloud platform.
