Britain may raise taxes by £20bn, - Telegraph

British Finance Minister Jeremy Hunt plans to raise taxes by up to £20bn in a budget due to be approved on October 31.

According to the publication, Hunt will reform capital gains rules and scrap a 2-year government-sponsored abolition of environmental levies from energy bills.
