In general, according to the Bank of Russia, the harvest of many crops will exceed last year's level.

However, exporters have problems - according to the monitoring data of the Russian Grain Union, in July and September the volume of grain exported was 22% lower than in 2021. Exports to Turkey - the main importer in 2021 decreased significantly. The country actively imported Ukrainian grain.

On the positive side: in 2023 there are no plans to reduce the rate of harvesting. Agrarians have coped with the crisis. At the same time the surplus in the domestic market will lead to lower inflation by the end of the year, according to the forecast of the Central Bank of Russia.
