The Ministry of Economic Development proposed to create a special tax regime for businesses that do not qualify for benefits for IT

The initiative should support mature high-tech companies with revenues of 1 billion to 15 billion rubles, which in the current macroeconomic situation are in a difficult situation, says the bill of the Ministry, referred to by "Vedomosti".

Such companies are proposed to be exempted from income and property taxes and to have insurance premium rates reduced from 15 to 7.6%.
