The tax regime may be extended to citizens from CIS countries who live and work in Russia. According to the estimates of the deputy head of the Federal Tax Service, in 3-4 years the number of self-employed may reach the level of 10 million people (about 5 million are now registered).

Also, the question of raising the income threshold from the current 2.4 million rubles a year. The issue will be considered by the Ministry of Finance together with other agencies.
