Samsung is negotiating a 20% price increase for chip production

Samsung and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. account for more than two-thirds of the world's outsourced chip production capacity.

Recall that Taiwan Semiconductor also raised prices for its products twice in the last year.
