RBC has learned that the company NTC IT Rosa is developing a mobile operating system. So far, only one operating system for mobile devices is represented on the Russian market - Aurora.

However, experts doubt the success of the STC IT Rosa project. Many believe that Russia does not have enough resources: programmers and hardware.
