U.S. and partners plan to share information secretly from Russia and China

The United States, Japan, Canada, South Korea, Taiwan, the Philippines and Singapore have agreed to create a collective system of data exchange, including personal information, keeping it secret from China and Russia.

It is intended to replace the relevant structures of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum, which includes China and Russia, the Japanese newspaper Nikkei reported.
