Tether's CTO doesn't believe in a U.S. default

Tether CTO Paolo Ardoino think a scenario in which the U.S. would declare a technical default is unlikely.

"I don't believe it will happen (a technical default). It carries terrible consequences for the U.S. economy," Ardonio declares.
